About OneTerp

Built by an interpreter, for the people who do the work

OneTerp comes from inside the profession, not from a software company guessing at how interpreting works.

OneTerp was founded in 2026 by Bryan Grubb, a sign language interpreter with more than 16 years in the field. Over those years Bryan worked across a wide range of settings and coordinated and managed interpreters both remotely and in person.

Living on both sides of the work, taking assignments and running the scheduling behind them, meant collecting a long list of “nice to haves”: the things that would have made dispatch smoother, billing cleaner, and an interpreter’s day less fragmented. OneTerp is that accumulated industry knowledge, built into one platform.

What we believe

🧭

Built from real experience

Every feature traces back to a real problem someone in this industry actually has, not a checkbox on a feature matrix.

🤝

Both sides matter

Agencies need precision and interpreters need a platform that respects their time. OneTerp serves both, in one place.

🔒

Trust is the foundation

This work involves sensitive information. Strong access controls, encryption, and audit trails are core, not afterthoughts.

One platform. Both sides of the equation.

Every day, people depend on a professional interpreter to access healthcare, education, legal proceedings, and public services. OneTerp exists to make sure the business behind that runs right, so agencies can dispatch with confidence and interpreters can focus on the work.
