What is OneTerp?
OneTerp is an all-in-one platform for interpreting agencies and interpreters: scheduling and dispatch, an interpreter roster, billing and invoicing, and notifications, all in one place instead of stitched together tools.
Who is OneTerp for?
Interpreting agencies (owners, admins, and coordinators) who schedule and bill work, and the interpreters who take assignments. One account works for both. An owner who also interprets can switch between Agency and Interpreter views.
Learn more →How much does OneTerp cost?
Interpreters use OneTerp free across every agency on the platform, staff or contract. Freelance HQ adds your own client list, invoicing, earnings tracking, and a unified schedule of agency and freelance work for $15/month. Agencies pay $1 per assignment with a $100/month minimum, so cost scales with the work you schedule.
Is my data secure? What about HIPAA?
Security is core: role-based agency-scoped access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and automatic logoff. OneTerp acts as a Business Associate and our cloud infrastructure is covered by a signed BAA. See the Security & Trust page for details, and contact us if your agency needs a BAA.
Do interpreters need their own account?
Yes. Each interpreter has one account that works across every agency they connect with, so they see all their assignments, availability, and earnings in a single place. Agencies can also add interpreters who don't have an account yet as placeholders.
Learn more →Can I move my existing schedule and contacts in?
Yes. A guided import wizard brings in assignments, customers, and interpreters from a CSV or Excel file, with column mapping and duplicate-safe matching.
Learn more →How does billing work?
Completed assignments flow into a review queue, then into customizable customer invoices and interpreter payouts. There's an optional QuickBooks sync (with consumer details kept out before syncing).
Learn more →Can customers request interpreters themselves?
Yes. You can enable a public booking portal where your customers submit requests that land in a review queue for your team to turn into assignments.
Learn more →Does it work on my phone?
Yes. OneTerp is responsive and works in the browser on phones and tablets, so interpreters can check their schedule and submit closeouts on the go.
How do I get started?
Create an account, choose whether you run an agency or interpret, and follow the onboarding to set up your dashboard. The Help Center walks through each step.
