OneTerp Premium: what's free and what it adds

• •Always free: your CEU countdown for every credential you renew, logging CEUs, browsing Find CEUs, the monthly CEU email, logging jobs and clients, expenses and mileage, Earnings & Reports, My Documents, and being listed in the discovery directory.
• •Premium adds: a certificate vault for your CEUs, a CEU transcript export (PDF and CSV) for your board, CEU deadline and pace alerts, Find CEUs matched to your gap, invoicing your own clients (including emailing invoices from your own mailbox), the Taxes & Schedule C export, travel assistance and suggested mileage, and publishing your public portfolio page.
• •Being listed in the discovery directory is free. The page agencies and clients land on, at /p/your-handle, is Premium.
• •Premium is $15 a month or $120 a year, with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is needed to start the trial on the web. Add a payment method before it ends to keep Premium: open Account Settings, go to the "✦ Premium" tab, and click "Add payment method" on the Subscription Tier card. If you don't, the trial simply ends, your account goes back to free, and nothing you saved is deleted.
• •Subscribing in the iPhone or Android app goes through the App Store or Google Play, which ask for a payment method even for a free trial.
• •Stopping Premium never deletes anything. Your CEU records, certificates, invoices, expenses and jobs all stay yours to read, edit and delete. The paid tools lock: you can't attach new certificates, export your CEUs, get matched workshops or alerts, send invoices, or export taxes. Subscribing again picks up where you left off.
• •When a paid subscription ends, Premium switches off shortly after the paid period does, with a few days' grace so a card update or an app store billing retry doesn't lock you out mid-week.
• •An agency may pay for your Premium, with a seat they give you or by covering everyone on their roster, and more than one agency can cover you at once. Your Subscription Tier card then reads "Sponsored by" with their names, and there is no price and nothing for you to buy or cancel.
• •When the last agency stops covering you, for example because you leave their roster, your Premium stays on for 30 more days. We email you, and your Subscription Tier card says which agency stopped and the date it ends. After that your account goes back to free, with everything you saved kept. Subscribe yourself before then and nothing is interrupted, and if another agency starts covering you in those 30 days, nothing ends.
• •An agency that pays for your Premium can't see your CEU records, certificates, or other private records, and agencies never see which other agencies cover you.
• •A complimentary account keeps full Premium with no subscription, and the card shows "Complimentary".
• •Interpreters coming out of a training program can get a free year of Premium instead of paying for it. Your program shares one code, you redeem it yourself, and your Subscription Tier card then reads "Launch Year" with the date it runs through. See the Launch Year article.
• •Turned your freelance tools off? The Premium tab then shows only the CEU tools.
• •Deleting your OneTerp account is different from leaving Premium: it removes your records too. Read the delete your account article first.
