Get your monthly CEU email and deadline alerts

Everyone with a CEU countdown gets a free monthly check-in email. Premium adds alerts as a deadline gets close or you fall behind pace.

Once you set up a countdown, OneTerp emails you once a month with where you stand on each credential and how long you have. It is free, and you can turn it off. With OneTerp Premium you also get alerts, in the app and by email, at set points before a cycle ends and when you fall behind pace.

Step by step

  1. 1Set up at least one credential in My CEUs. The monthly email starts from there.
  2. 2Each month, read "Your CEUs this month". It shows how much you have left on each credential, with an "Open My CEUs" button. Without Premium it links you to browse workshops; with Premium it lists workshops that fill your gap.
  3. 3To turn the email off or back on, click "Home" in the sidebar, open the "CEUs" tab, then "My CEUs", and use the "Monthly CEU email" switch. It reads On or Off.
  4. 4You can also click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any CEU email, then press "Unsubscribe" on the page that opens.
  5. 5With Premium, watch for alerts a year, six months, 90 days and 30 days before a cycle ends, and at the quarter, halfway and three quarter points of a cycle if you are behind pace.

Tips

  • Each alert is sent once per cycle. If you set up a credential with only 40 days left, you get the closest alert, not every one you already passed.
  • Turning the email off stops every CEU email, the monthly one and the alert emails. Premium alerts still arrive in your notifications in the app, and your countdown isn't affected.
  • You get at most one CEU email a day. On the day your monthly email goes out, an alert shows in the app only.
  • Correct your cycle dates and the alerts follow the corrected cycle.
  • The email switch only appears once you have at least one credential set up.
  • These emails are separate from job notifications, which you manage in Account Settings on the Notifications tab.
