Choose how you get notified
Set your email and SMS notification and reminder preferences globally and per agency.
Control which scheduling events reach you by email or text, set how far ahead you want reminders, and override those choices for individual agencies.
Step by step
- 1Open your settings from the sidebar and go to the notification preferences section.
- 2For each event (offers, assignments, cancellations, updates), choose whether you want email, SMS, or both.
- 3Turn on SMS by verifying your mobile number — we text a one-time code to confirm it's yours before any texts start.
- 4Set your reminder timing (for example, how many hours before a job you want a heads-up).
- 5To customize per agency, open that agency and switch off "use default preferences" to set channels just for them.
Tips
- A message is only sent when both the agency has that channel enabled AND you have opted in, this double opt-in keeps texts and emails wanted.
- SMS also requires your SMS opt-in to stay on and a valid phone number on file.
- Per-agency overrides take priority over your global defaults; agencies without an override use your defaults.
- If you both run an agency and interpret, the notification bell shows only the notifications for the view you're currently in — switch views to see the other side's.
