Switch between Agency and Interpreter view

If you both run an agency and interpret in the field, toggle between your two dashboards from the sidebar.

Some people are dual-role, for example, an agency owner who also takes interpreting jobs. If that is you, OneTerp gives you both an Agency view and an Interpreter view, and you can switch between them anytime.

Step by step

  1. 1When you first set up your account as an Owner, tick 'I also interpret in the field' and choose your default pay type (1099 Contractor or W-2 Staff).
  2. 2Once you have both roles, look for the view switcher near the top of the sidebar.
  3. 3Toggle to Agency view to manage scheduling, dispatch, billing, and your roster.
  4. 4Toggle to Interpreter view to see your own schedule, accept offers, set availability, and submit closeouts.
  5. 5Your choice is remembered, so you return to the same view next time you sign in.

Tips

  • The switcher only appears for accounts that have both an agency role and the interpreter role, single-role users see just their one dashboard.
  • Each view has its own sidebar items, so switching changes the whole navigation, not just the page you are on.
  • Your interpreting work for your own agency is set up just like any other interpreter on your roster.
