Accept or decline assignment offers

💡 Tips

• •Broadcast offers go to multiple interpreters at once. If someone else accepts first, you will see "This job was already filled by another interpreter", that is normal, not an error.
• •Until you accept, an offer shows only what the offer email shows: the agency, customer, type of job, language, date and time, and location, plus the job number, required tags, and how many interpreters it needs. The consumer, job notes, who requested it, the onsite contact, location notes, teammates, join details, and file attachments all appear once you accept.
• •Each agency chooses how much of the location its offers show: the full address, the venue with city and state, or just the city and state. If an agency holds some of it back, you get the full address by email as soon as you accept.
• •A count badge on the "Pending Offers" tab shows how many offers are waiting for your response.
• •If you are on the "Confirmed Schedule" tab and have unanswered offers, an amber callout will point you to the "Pending Offers" tab.
• •Premium subscribers get a "can I make it?" check on every offer: OneTerp measures the drive from whatever you already have booked that day and tells you whether the offer fits before you accept. The check needs a street address, so it only runs on offers from agencies that show the full address before you accept.
