Get started with Freelance HQ
Freelance HQ is your home for running your own interpreting business, income, invoices, expenses, CEUs, and a public portfolio, all in one place. Tracking your jobs and income is always free.
Freelance HQ brings all your independent (non-agency) business tools together in one tabbed dashboard, led by your three key numbers: income earned, money owed to you, and tax savings. Logging and tracking your work is free; the tools that get you paid and keep you certified, invoices, tax export, CEUs, and your public portfolio, are the paid upgrade.
Step by step
- 1Open Freelance HQ from the top of your interpreter sidebar.
- 2Log any job in seconds with the orange 'Log Job' button, this works free, with or without a subscription.
- 3Land on the Overview tab to see this month's and year-to-date freelance earnings, what's ready to invoice, your tax deductions so far, and your CEU progress.
- 4Switch between the tabs, External Assignments & Invoices, Expenses & Taxes, CEU Tracker, and Public Portfolio, to manage each part of your business.
- 5Use the Overview's quick links to jump straight to logging a job, sending an invoice, or adding a deduction.
