Build your public portfolio page

Create a shareable public portfolio page with a vanity link, a downloadable PDF résumé, and a contact form, no private details exposed.

Your public portfolio is a polished, shareable page at your own custom link that showcases your experience to prospective agencies and clients, with a one-page PDF résumé to download and a 'Get in touch' form, all without revealing any private or contact information.

Step by step

  1. 1Click "Home" in the sidebar, click the "✦ Premium" pill at the far right of the tabs, then the "Public portfolio page" tile. A "Back to Premium" link at the top takes you back.
  2. 2Choose your handle (your vanity link), availability is checked as you type, and fill in your title, bio, specialties, and other details.
  3. 3Pick a theme and layout; the live preview shows exactly how your public page will look.
  4. 4Click Publish to make your page live at /p/your-handle.
  5. 5Share the link; visitors can read your portfolio, download your PDF résumé, or message you through the contact form.
  6. 6Update anytime by editing and republishing, renaming your handle automatically moves your page to the new link.

Tips

  • Your page deliberately contains no consumer information, contact details, or license numbers, credentials show as names only, and messages reach you through a form that keeps your email private.
  • Handles must be 3 to 30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens; some reserved words are blocked.
  • Your headshot is set on the Profile tab and appears here automatically, it's read-only in the portfolio editor.
  • Signed-in agency users who view your page can invite you to their roster with one click.
  • If a page is unpublished or doesn't exist, visitors see a 'Profile not available' message.
  • The portfolio page is part of OneTerp Premium. Without Premium, opening it shows what Premium includes instead of the editor.
  • Being listed in the discovery directory is free and separate. Turn it on in Account Settings, on the Profile tab, whether or not you have a portfolio page.
  • If your Premium lapses you can no longer publish or edit your page, but a page that is already live stays live. Subscribe again to edit it.
  • The Public portfolio page tile only appears on the Premium tab while your freelance tools are turned on.
