Start your Launch Year with a program code

💡 Tips

• •Capitals, spaces and the hyphen make no difference. itp-sp27, ITP SP27 and ITPSP27 are all read as the same code.
• •Your 12 months start the moment you redeem, not when your program handed the code out. A code shared in May is still a full 12 months for you if you redeem it in August.
• •🔴 Sign up with a personal email address, not your school one. Your school account gets switched off after you graduate, and this account is yours for good, along with everything you put in it.
• •A code works once per person. Entering it again simply confirms your Launch Year is already running, and it never adds more time.
• •Each code carries a set number of places. If the page tells you the places are gone, tell your program: they can ask us for more, and trying does not use anything up.
• •Every message on that page names which thing went wrong, so read it rather than assuming the offer was not real. "We don't recognise that code" means check the code with your program. A problem at our end means nothing has been used up and it is worth trying again.
• •If you already have Premium, either your own subscription or an agency covering you, you cannot start a Launch Year on top of it. Your code is not used up, so come back and start your free year whenever that ends.
• •While your year runs, open Account Settings from the sidebar and go to the "✦ Premium" tab. The Subscription Tier card reads "Launch Year" with the Launch badge and the date your free year runs through. In the last 30 days it also counts the days you have left.
• •A Launch Year is full OneTerp Premium: professional invoices you email from your own mailbox, the Schedule C tax summary and tax-ready export, your CEU certificate vault and board-ready CEU export, deadline alerts and workshops matched to your gap, travel assistance and suggested mileage, and your published portfolio page.
• •Tracking is free before your Launch Year, during it, and after it. Your schedule across every agency, your offers and closeouts, your own jobs, clients, mileage, expenses and income, and your CEU countdown never cost anything.
• •We email you 30 days before your year ends, naming the date, and nothing changes before then. On the day, the paid tools lock and nothing you saved is deleted: your jobs, income log, CEU history and certificates all stay exactly where they are.
• •Want to keep the paid tools afterwards? OneTerp Premium is $15 a month or $120 a year, and it picks up where your free year left off.
• •An agency you work with can cover Premium for you as well. If one starts covering you during your Launch Year, nothing is interrupted and nothing is charged twice.
• •No code from your program? OneTerp Launch runs through interpreter training programs, so the code comes from yours. If your program doesn't have one, that is almost always because nobody has asked us yet: send your director the /launch page. In the meantime a free account still costs nothing.
