Set what each team member can access

Grant access by area — Coordinate, Billing, People, Customers, Reports, Settings — each at No access, View, or Manage.

Instead of one fixed role, each team member's access is a set of six independent areas, each at a level. Start from a preset, then fine-tune. Owners always have Manage everywhere.

Step by step

  1. 1Go to Settings, Profile & Team, and open Team Roster.
  2. 2Find the member's row and click "Edit" in the Access column.
  3. 3Optionally click a preset — "Coordinator," "Scheduler & HR," "Billing / Finance," or "Office Manager" — for a sensible starting point.
  4. 4Set each of the six areas — Coordinate, Billing, People / Time-off, Customers, Reports, Settings — to No access, View, or Manage.
  5. 5Click "Save access."

Tips

  • You can only grant up to your OWN level in each area, and you can't edit an Owner or yourself.
  • Manage includes View. For example, Billing: View shows invoices and payouts; Billing: Manage lets someone act on them.
  • The areas map to features: money is Billing, time-off and people is People / Time-off, agency config and the team is Settings, and dispatch writes are Coordinate.
  • Editing permissions needs Settings: Manage (or Owner).
