For agencies🏢 Agency Management

Set your branding and agency settings

Configure your logo, agency name and contact, active languages, and scheduling and dispatch automation rules.

Your branding appears on relationships, emails, invoices, and PDFs. Settings is a role-aware hub where you also set scheduling policy and dispatch automation.

Step by step

  1. 1Go to Settings, General, and open Branding (owner only) to set your agency name, address, phone, and upload a logo.
  2. 2Optionally set a Field Support Line, the phone number interpreters call with on-the-job issues; it appears on every interpreter's assignment card and detail popup.
  3. 3Save branding; the logo is resized for you and your name, logo, and field-support number are pushed out to all interpreter relationships, emails, and documents.
  4. 4Open Settings, Operations, Active Languages to choose the languages your agency offers.
  5. 5In Operations, set scheduling rules such as the confirmation workflow and offer drop cutoff.
  6. 6Open Dispatch Tools to manage automation: auto-assign best fit and broadcast offers (both on by default), the drag-to-rank best-fit weighting, and saved job templates.
  7. 7Use the deep-linkable tabs and sub-tabs to jump straight to the section you need.

Tips

  • Branding is owner-only; many other manager-only sub-tabs (Public Profile, Team, Notification Templates, QuickBooks) appear based on your role, and coordinators see a restricted set.
  • PNG logos keep their transparency; if a resize fails, the original image is used.
  • Dispatch automation toggles default to on, turn them off only if you prefer to assign manually.
  • Your letterhead can carry an email address, a fax number, and a website alongside the phone and address, and a grid lets you pick which of them show on invoices, on emails, and on confirmations separately.
  • Your logo prints on generated PDFs as well as on screen. If you upload an SVG it is converted on the way in, because PDF generation cannot read that format.
