Broadcast an offer to multiple interpreters
Send one open slot to several best-fit interpreters at once, first to accept wins, the rest are told it's filled.
When you want to fill a slot fast, broadcast it to several interpreters simultaneously. It's first-come-first-served: the first to accept claims it and everyone else sees "already filled."
Step by step
- 1On the dispatch board, click an open slot's chip and choose "Broadcast…"
- 2The broadcast window opens with the top three best-fit candidates already checked.
- 3Add or remove recipients as needed.
- 4Click Send, each recipient gets a notification and email letting them accept.
- 5The first interpreter to accept claims the slot and it becomes confirmed; the others are told it's already taken.
Tips
- Recipients who decline drop off the list; if everyone declines, the slot returns to plain open and you're notified.
- The Send button is disabled when there are no non-conflicted candidates to offer.
- You can also broadcast from the unfilled worklist drawer.
- The slot's detail popup keeps a "Who we've asked" history of everyone offered the job and the outcome, so you can see who already passed.
- Broadcasting must be enabled in your agency's dispatch settings.
