Publish your public agency profile

Build a public, no-PHI marketing page where interpreters can request to join and customers can contact you.

Your public profile lives at a vanity URL (/a/your-handle). Interpreters can request to join, customers can send an inquiry, and anyone sees a branded page.

Step by step

  1. 1Go to Settings, Profile & Team, and open Public Profile (managers only).
  2. 2Choose your handle (the part of the URL); the editor checks availability as you type.
  3. 3Fill in your profile content and watch the live preview update; your existing agency logo is reused automatically.
  4. 4Click Publish to make the page live, or Save draft to keep working on it.
  5. 5Share the /a/your-handle link; visitors use the Join button (interpreters) or the Contact form (customers).
  6. 6Unpublish anytime to take the page offline.

Tips

  • The page contains no protected health information and no contact email, customer inquiries are routed to your owner email behind the scenes.
  • The Join button is hidden from non-interpreters and from your own agency members, and a join request will not overwrite an existing active or pending relationship.
  • A few handles are reserved and cannot be used.
  • Your agency's area-directory listing (whether you appear in interpreter searches, plus your state and city) is set separately on Settings, Profile & Team, Directory Listing.
