Save drafts, duplicate jobs, and reuse templates

Save a half-finished job as a draft, clone an existing job in one click, or reuse saved job presets to speed up repetitive bookings.

Three ways to avoid re-typing: drafts hold a partially-filled new job so you never lose your work, duplicate copies an existing job into a fresh one (optionally keeping its interpreters, shifted forward a day), and job templates let you save and re-apply common job setups.

Step by step

  1. 1While filling out a new assignment, your progress auto-saves to a draft if you click off the form, or click "Save as draft" to save it on purpose.
  2. 2Find saved drafts in the Drafts & Templates tab on the calendar; click Resume to reopen one prefilled, and it's deleted automatically once you submit it as a real job.
  3. 3To duplicate, open a job's detail panel and click "Duplicate", the assignment form opens prefilled with that job's details, dated forward.
  4. 4Choose whether to copy the assigned interpreters, adjust anything else, and Save to create a brand-new job.
  5. 5To save a template, fill out the assignment form the way you like and use the save-as-template option.
  6. 6To reuse a template, pick it from the template list in the form (or the Drafts & Templates tab), it prefills the fields for you.
  7. 7Delete drafts or templates you no longer need from the Drafts & Templates tab.

Tips

  • Drafts only auto-save when creating a new job (not when editing one), are shared across your agency, and never appear on any schedule until you submit them.
  • Duplicated jobs are entirely new, they get their own IDs and slots, separate from the original.
  • Templates are shared across your agency and are reusable, using one does not consume it.
  • A new template defaults to one interpreter slot unless you set more.
