For interpreters🗓️ Your Work

Track your earnings

See your total earnings from submitted closeouts plus outside work, by agency and date range.

The Earnings dashboard pulls together what you have earned from submitted agency closeouts (grouped by agency) and any self-logged outside work, with a grand total.

Step by step

  1. 1Click "Earnings & Reports" in the sidebar.
  2. 2Pick a date range preset, All Time, This Month, Last Month, This Year, or Custom.
  3. 3Expand each agency section to see the jobs that make up its total.
  4. 4Click "View Assignment" or "View Job" to open the details behind any line.

Tips

  • Earnings are based on your submitted closeouts, base pay (the greater of your actual time or the minimum billing duration), plus travel and any closeout expenses.
  • A "(min applied)" flag shows when the minimum billing duration was used instead of actual time.
  • Scheduled-but-not-yet-worked outside jobs are excluded until they are completed.
  • Each agency is named in its own section, so you can tell at a glance where the money came from.
  • If you are W-2 staff at an agency, that agency's wages are not paid per job, so they do not appear here as job earnings. The page points you at your hours instead, and your pay comes through your agency's payroll.
  • Below the totals, the same page carries a set of reports that answer the questions the totals cannot: what you are still owed, your real hourly rate, and how your income moves month to month. See the earnings reports article.
