View your subscription and billing

Agency owners can see their plan, current usage, projected charge, and open Stripe's portal to manage payment.

OneTerp bills agencies based on usage, a small fee per completed assignment, with a monthly minimum, plus any optional add-ons. Owners can review their plan and current charges, and use Stripe's secure self-service portal to update payment methods and view invoices.

Step by step

  1. 1In Agency view, open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. 2Go to the Billing & Subscription tab, then the Platform Subscription section (owners only).
  3. 3Review your account status and how you are charged (per-assignment fee and monthly minimum).
  4. 4Check the current period's usage count and projected charge, plus any active add-ons.
  5. 5Scroll to your invoice history and click 'View invoice' on any line to see the details.
  6. 6Click 'Manage Billing' to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your card and download invoices.

Tips

  • Your projected charge is whichever is higher: your usage for the month times the per-assignment fee, or your monthly minimum.
  • A new billable usage event is counted automatically each time an interpreter completes a closeout, there is nothing to log manually.
  • OneTerp never stores your card details; payment is handled entirely inside Stripe's secure portal.
  • Only agency owners see the Platform Subscription section; admins and coordinators do not have access.
