Sign your agency billing agreement

Your agreement sets your per-assignment fee and monthly minimum in writing. The owner signs it once, and it has to be signed before the trial ends.

Before OneTerp charges your agency anything, you and we put the numbers in writing. We compose an agreement with your per-assignment fee, your monthly minimum, and any terms specific to you. Your agency owner reviews it and signs by typing their name. Until it is signed, we never charge you.

Step by step

  1. 1When your agreement is ready, the owner gets a notice in the app saying it is ready to sign, plus an email.
  2. 2Click through to the agreement page and read the full terms: the platform fees, the standard agreement body, and any clauses written specifically for your agency.
  3. 3Check the two numbers that matter: the fee per completed assignment and the monthly minimum. These are what you will actually be billed.
  4. 4Type your legal name in the signature box and submit.
  5. 5The signed copy is stored with the date and your signature, and the reminder disappears.

Tips

  • Only the agency owner can sign. Nobody else on your team can, whatever their permissions, because it is a contract for the business.
  • 🔴 If your trial ends and the agreement is still unsigned, the app freezes until you sign it. Nothing is deleted and no work is lost, but your team cannot use OneTerp until the owner signs. Sign it before the trial runs out.
  • Your trial keeps running normally whether or not you have signed, so signing early costs you nothing.
  • The monthly billing run never charges an agency that has not signed. Signing is what turns billing on.
  • The exact text you signed is frozen at the moment it was sent to you, so what you agreed to cannot change afterwards. Ask support for a copy any time.
  • If your terms need to change later, we send a fresh agreement and the owner signs that one.
