Claim an agency's qualifications

Put an agency's own qualification tags on yourself, either straight away or by asking them to confirm.

Alongside the shared catalog of credentials, an agency can keep its own tags for the things it cares about. Some of those you can put on yourself, which saves you emailing a coordinator to be marked as trained on something you have been doing for years.

Step by step

  1. 1Click "Agencies" in the sidebar and open the agency you want.
  2. 2Find the "Agency qualifications" section.
  3. 3Tick a tag to claim it. Depending on how the agency set that tag up, it either applies immediately or goes to them to confirm.
  4. 4Untick a tag you claimed to take it back off yourself.

Tips

  • A claim that is waiting for confirmation counts for nothing until the agency confirms it. It does not make you match a job's required tags, it does not lift you in their dispatch ranking, and it does not put you in their filters. Only a confirmed tag does any of that.
  • The agency chooses this per tag. Some they keep to themselves, some you can add instantly, and some you can request.
  • A tag the agency put on you is theirs, so you cannot take it off. You can only remove ones you added yourself.
  • These tags belong to that one agency. Claiming one does not show up at any other agency you work with.
