Manage your documents

Keep a private document vault, fulfill agency document requests, and read & acknowledge agency policies.

My Documents is a private vault for your work files — certifications, a W-9, insurance. Nothing is shared with an agency until you choose to fulfill a request, so your vault stays yours.

Step by step

  1. 1Click "My Documents" in the sidebar.
  2. 2Under "Add a document," upload a file (PDF, Word, or image, up to 20 MB), give it a name and category, add an optional expiration date, and click "Add to vault."
  3. 3When an agency asks for a document, it appears at the top under "Document requests." Click "Fulfill," pick the matching file from your vault to share it — or click "Decline."
  4. 4A shared document shows as "submitted, awaiting review" until the agency accepts it; you can "Withdraw" it before then.
  5. 5Under "From your agencies," open any policy or form your agency pushed; for ones that need it, click "Acknowledge" after reading.

Tips

  • Your vault is private — an agency only ever sees a document after you fulfill a specific request with it.
  • Stop sharing anytime: under "Shared with agencies," click "Stop sharing" to revoke a file you sent.
  • Add an expiration date to time-sensitive documents (like a certification) so your agency's compliance tracking knows when it lapses.
  • Keep documents free of patient information — they're for your credentials, forms, and policies.
