View reports and analytics

Run a date-ranged dashboard covering operations, billing, interpreter performance, and customer value.

The Reports page is an analytics dashboard. Pick a date range, choose which metric cards to show, and run the report to see operational, billing, interpreter, and customer insights.

Step by step

  1. 1Open the Reports page; it defaults to the last 30 days.
  2. 2Set the start and end dates for your reporting window.
  3. 3Toggle the metric cards you want to see across operations, billing, interpreter, and customer categories.
  4. 4Click Run Report to load the data.
  5. 5Read the KPIs and tables: jobs scheduled, cancellation rate, jobs awaiting closeout, revenue by customer, accounts-receivable aging, interpreter earnings, customer lifetime value, portal volume, and more.
  6. 6Drill into the awaiting-closeout card to see a per-interpreter breakdown.

Tips

  • Your chosen visible cards are remembered for next time, and at least one card must stay visible.
  • The portal volume card only appears when a customer portal is enabled.
  • Accounts-receivable aging buckets what is still outstanding, not the full invoice amount. A part-paid invoice ages only its remaining balance, and a fully paid one drops out entirely. If your A/R total looks lower than you remember, this is why: it is now the money you are actually still owed.
  • Customer lifetime value, lifetime totals, and QuickBooks sync issues are reported across all time regardless of the date range.
  • Downloading a report as CSV asks you to confirm first, because those files can carry consumer and interpreter names. Every download is recorded.
