Review incoming portal requests

See requests customers submit through the booking portal and turn them into assignments or reject them.

Every request submitted through a customer portal lands in a review queue. From there you push it onto the dispatch board to create an assignment, or reject it.

Step by step

  1. 1Open the Portal Requests page.
  2. 2Review the pending requests, listed newest first.
  3. 3Click Review & Create on a request to jump to the dispatch board with the details prefilled.
  4. 4Finish creating the assignment on the board (set the interpreter, billing details, and confirm).
  5. 5Click Reject on any request that should not become an assignment.

Tips

  • A live badge shows how many portal requests are waiting so you do not miss new submissions.
  • The queue only appears once a customer portal is enabled for your agency.
  • Review & Create only seeds the assignment; the request becomes a real job once you complete it on the dispatch board.
