Review incoming portal requests
See requests customers submit through the booking portal and turn them into assignments or reject them.
Every request submitted through a customer portal lands in a review queue. From there you push it onto the dispatch board to create an assignment, or reject it.
Step by step
- 1Open the Portal Requests page.
- 2Review the pending requests, listed newest first.
- 3Click Review & Create on a request to jump to the dispatch board with the details prefilled.
- 4Finish creating the assignment on the board (set the interpreter, billing details, and confirm).
- 5Click Reject on any request that should not become an assignment.
Tips
- A live badge shows how many portal requests are waiting so you do not miss new submissions.
- The queue only appears once a customer portal is enabled for your agency.
- Review & Create only seeds the assignment; the request becomes a real job once you complete it on the dispatch board.
