Find interpreters in your area

Search the opt-in directory for interpreters by state, city, language, and specialty, then invite them to your roster in one click.

The discovery directory lets you browse interpreters who have chosen to be listed, filtered to your area. It's a fast way to grow your roster beyond word-of-mouth, and inviting someone uses the same flow as an email invite.

Step by step

  1. 1Go to Operations → Team Roster and click "Find Interpreters."
  2. 2Pick a state, then narrow by city, language, or specialty.
  3. 3If the interpreter has published a public portfolio, click "View profile" on their card to open it.
  4. 4Click the "Add to (your agency name)" button to send a roster invitation.
  5. 5The interpreter gets the invite in their notification bell and on their My Agencies page, once they accept, they appear on your roster like any other interpreter.

Tips

  • Only interpreters who chose to list themselves appear. It's a privacy-first, opt-in listing, and no contact details are shown.
  • Being listed is free for interpreters, so many cards have no "View profile" link. A public portfolio page is something an interpreter publishes separately.
  • If you've already invited someone (or they're already on your roster), the button shows that status instead of sending a duplicate.
  • Searches are area-based (state, then city), interpreters set their own location when they opt in.
