Use your agency Home

Home is one page of what needs your agency next: jobs happening now, a ranked Up next list, pending offers, your team, recent activity and, if you handle billing, money and customers.

Home answers "what needs us next?" without checking five pages. The top shows alerts for anything silently broken and the jobs under way right now. Below that, Up next ranks everything waiting on you, most urgent first, and the cards beside it give the context: offers still out, who's out or free, recent activity, and (with billing access) money and customers.

Step by step

  1. 1Click "Home" in the sidebar. The line under the greeting changes each visit: a tip, a holiday greeting or something to smile at.
  2. 2If a red or amber banner shows at the top, something needs fixing, such as outgoing email not being sent or QuickBooks needing to reconnect. Click its button to fix it. If there's no button, the banner says who can.
  3. 3Happening now shows each job under way as a pill: the job type, who's on it and how long is left. The pill fills up as the job goes on, and turns amber when nobody is on it. Click a pill to see the onsite contact, the requestor and the interpreters, with tap-to-call and email buttons, and an "Open job" button that opens it on the board.
  4. 4Read Up next. It's one numbered list of everything waiting on your agency. Click any row to go straight to it: a job opens on the board, a person opens their Team Roster profile, and billing rows open the right Billing tab.
  5. 5Up next shows ten rows. Click "Show all" at the bottom to see the rest.
  6. 6Pending offers lists every offer still out on an upcoming job, soonest job first. An offer with no answer after 4 hours turns amber. Click one to open the job and offer it again or more widely.
  7. 7Your team shows who's out today and tomorrow, who's free right now, new interpreters still waiting on their first job, and how much of your roster has its paperwork in order.
  8. 8Use the buttons at the top right to start a "New job", send a "Batch message" or "Add interpreter".

Tips

  • How Up next is ordered: a job whose interpreter dropped out comes first, then jobs in the next 48 hours with nobody on them, offers with no answer after 4 hours, and confirmations still owed on jobs in the next 3 days. Next come people waiting on you: rate proposals, join requests, credentials and documents that are expiring or expired, tag requests and time off. After that, the rest of the week's open jobs, then billing work, then reminders.
  • You only see rows and cards for the areas you have access to. Billing rows and the Money card need Billing access; the Customers card needs Customers access.
  • Where you land when you sign in is the page at the top of your sidebar. Drag Home (or any page) to the top to make it your start page. Your order is saved to your account, so it's the same on every device.
  • Money counts invoices dated this month against last month, what customers owe, what's overdue, and payout batches that are drafted or being processed.
  • Customers shows your busiest customers this month by booked hours, and customers with nothing booked in the last 60 days or coming up.
  • Nothing waiting? Up next tells you you're all caught up.
