See what's new in OneTerp
Release notes pop up once after an update, showing only the parts that apply to you, and you can reopen them any time.
When a new version of OneTerp goes live, a short "What's new" note tells you what changed. Each note is written in parts, one for agencies and one for interpreters, and you only see the parts that apply to your account.
Step by step
- 1The first time you open OneTerp after an update, the "What's new" note opens on its own. Read it, then click "Got it".
- 2To read it again later, click the version number at the very bottom of the sidebar, under Sign out.
- 3Click "See all updates" to open the Updates history, every release newest first. Click "Back" to return.
Tips
- If a release has nothing for you, the note does not pop up at all. Opening it from the version number then tells you nothing in this release applies to your account.
- If you both run an agency and interpret, you see both parts whichever view you are in, so nothing meant for you is lost when you switch.
- Agency staff also get a folded "What interpreters saw in this release" section, handy when an interpreter calls with a question. Interpreters never see the agency part.
