Download a backup of your data

Export CSV archives of your customers, roster, and other records whenever you want a copy of your own data.

Your data is yours, and you should not have to ask for it. The backups area lets you download full CSV archives of your agency's records at any time, which keeps you portable and gives you something to hand an auditor.

Step by step

  1. 1Open Settings, Data & Backups, then Data Export Backups.
  2. 2Pick the archive you want, for example your customer list or your roster registry.
  3. 3Click Download CSV Backup and save the file somewhere you keep your records.

Tips

  • These files carry customer and roster detail, so store them the way you would store any other business record.
  • This is separate from importing. Data & Backups also holds the tools for bringing data in from another system.
  • On a phone the file opens in the share sheet rather than saving to a downloads folder, so choose where to put it from there.
