Share files from the Resources tab

A simple file cabinet for general agency files, with built-in OneTerp quick-start guides and one-click email sharing.

Resources is your agency's general file cabinet: upload anything your team might need (handbooks, parking maps, style guides) and share a file by email in one click. It's deliberately separate from the compliance library, no acknowledgments or requirements, just files.

Step by step

  1. 1Open the Operations page and select the Resources tab.
  2. 2The built-in OneTerp quick-start guides are already there for every agency, badged as OneTerp guides.
  3. 3Upload your own files with the upload control (managers with People access).
  4. 4Click Download on any file to grab it, or Share to email it: pick an interpreter from your roster or type any email address.

Tips

  • Sharing emails a link from your agency's own connected sender; if you haven't connected one yet, you'll be prompted, and Download always works in the meantime.
  • For documents that need tracking (required credentials, read-and-acknowledge policies), use the compliance and library features instead; Resources is for informal sharing.
  • The built-in guides are maintained by OneTerp and can't be deleted.
